“ February 21, 2026 11:45 am I never knew about this place until this morning. I’m on a FlixBus ride (due to a breakdown in La Grande, Oregon and this part of town is one of the stops. The store next door (76 gas station/Pendleton Market) said I should try them!out as they are highly recommended. It was a small burger but it was made fast, service was friendly and it tasted good. I’ll check them out again on future trips. ”

Since the burger was under $10 I was expecting it to be a rip-off like so many spots are nowadays, but boy was I wrong! The burger was big, filling, and delicious, and the large fry was a great portion too. I'm a pig and even I got full! Definitely a bang for your buck here, and I left very happy with my purchase. I went out to eat a few times this Labor Day weekend but this spot ended up being my favorite. ”

“ How's is pretty much a drive-thru only restaurant. They do have some tables outside but to get the food you'll have to for the drive-thru. The food was good. But you can expect to wait while they do cook it as everything is cooked to order. ”
